Cookie & Tracking Policy
This policy applies only to our website www.intellyse.com, including the Overcharged quiz. It does not apply to the Intellyse platform. It supplements our Privacy Notice, which describes our processing of personal data in general.
1. Your choice
On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to the whole website. You can change it at any time in .
If you decline or make no choice, we only count visits anonymously, without cookies, and none of the services marked “after consent” below are loaded.
2. Services we use
- PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA; data hosted in the EU, Frankfurt) for web analytics. Without consent, PostHog records page views and interactions without cookies, using a daily-changing, non-reversible hash of your IP address and browser; IP addresses are not stored. After consent, PostHog also uses cookies to recognise returning visitors and records session replays and heatmaps (form inputs are masked) so we can improve the website.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for web analytics. It sets cookies only after consent (Google Consent Mode); without consent it receives cookieless, aggregated signals.
- Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., USA), our hosting provider, counts page views without cookies.
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., USA; data hosted in the EU), after consent. Its tracking code uses cookies to link the pages you view to your contact record once you submit a form or book a meeting with us.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company), after consent. It gives us aggregated reports on the professional demographics of visitors (for example industry, company size and job function) and lets us show our ads on LinkedIn to people who visited the website. We do not receive information that identifies you personally.
