Intellyse AG was founded in 2023 in Zurich, Switzerland, by graduates of ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen (HSG). What started as a research project into logistics cost optimization has grown into a platform trusted by some of Europe's largest industrial companies to audit their freight invoices with AI.

The problem we solve is simple but costly: freight invoices are complex, opaque, and riddled with billing errors that go undetected. Across parcel, road, air, ocean, and rail shipments, carriers apply thousands of rate combinations, surcharges, and accessorial fees. Manual auditing catches a fraction of overpayments. Intellyse catches all of them.

Our platform extracts invoice data from over 50 carrier formats, validates every charge against your negotiated tariffs, and automates dispute resolution with carriers — turning hidden overpayments into recovered savings without creating extra work for your logistics team.

We are advised by Vineet Khanna, former Global Head of Supply Chain at Nestlé, whose decades of experience across global logistics operations shape our product strategy and ensure we build tools that work at enterprise scale.
